Overview

The City of Taylorsville produces a variety of maps that are necessary to administrate City services. Typically maps are produced by using geographic information system (GIS) software. To ensure accuracy, the City will periodically update maps and coordinate data with the Salt Lake County Recorder's Office.

• Taylorsville City Council District Map
  Upon incorporation of the City of Taylorsville in 1996, it was decided by the community to elect City Council members by district. This map graphically illustrates the boundaries of each City Council district. To learn more about current City Council members, please click here.

• Taylorsville General Plan Map (revised January 2009)

• Taylorsville Property Locator
  The Taylorsville Property Locator is an interactive map based on GIS (Geographic Information System) technology called ZoomProspector developed by GIS Planning, Inc. GIS is an integration of software and geographic data designed to efficiently display and analyze information.  In the case of The Taylorsville Property Locator, GIS allows visitors to rapidly tailor maps and reports to suit their needs and to access data that would normally take weeks to collect and thousands of dollars to obtain from specialty data researchers.  For more information on this powerful tool please click here.

• Taylorsville Zip Code Map
  The City of Taylorsville is served by four (4) different United States Post Offices, which can be confusing to new Taylorsville residents or businesses. Although a particular Zip Code may be associated with another community we encourage all residents and businesses within Taylorsville City limits to use "Taylorsville" in their mailing address, however it is very important that the correct Zip Code is still used.   The Zoning Map is an official element of the Taylorsville City Code. The Zoning Map visually describes zoning classifications for all property within Taylorsville City limits.
