Building Permits

The Taylorsville Building Division is responsible for plan review, building permit issuance and building inspections. The Building Division is supervised by Mr. Patrick Tomasino, who is a certified Building Official, and is staffed by one part-time and two full-time employees. The Taylorsville Building Division is located on the second floor, east wing of Taylorsville City Hall and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (except holidays).

Inspections

To schedule an inspection please contact Mary Lund, Building Permit Technician, at (801) 955-2030. Inspections must be scheduled before 4:00 PM at least one working day in advance. When calling for an inspection please give the day requested, permit number, address, type of inspection and contact name.
