Tonight's Starry Nights @the Plaza event features classic rock from the Bonepile and an outdoor movie, in addition to the food trucks.

It's what's happening at Centennial Plaza, 2600 W. Taylorsville Blvd., on Friday, Aug. 14. The food trucks arrive at 5:30 p.m.; the Bonepile plays on the Centennial Plaza stage in front of City Hall at 6:30 p.m., and the "The Spongebob Movie" begins at 9. The Bonepile has been performing across Utah, Idaho and Wyoming for more than 20 years. They are a heavy-hitting rock music band that delivers crushing riffs, driving rhythms and raw vocals with quality, weight and impact. Listen to a sample of their music here.
