New Taylor Villas Subdivision Offering Discounted Townhomes to 'Everyday Heroes'

First-time Homebuyer

Everyday Heroes HomesThe developer of the new Taylor Villas subdivision, coming soon at 4070 W. 6200 South, is offering significantly discounted townhomes to school teachers, city employees, active military personnel, veterans, police officers and first responders.

Eight units will be offered to those buyers for the greatly reduced price of $449,000. The offer extends for 30 days through Sept. 12, and the units are intended to be sold to buyers who qualify to participate in Utah's First-time Homebuyer Assistance Program.

The price-restricted townhomes offered via this program are units 103, 107, 112, 116, 121, 126, 130 and 134.
