City Moves Away from Formal Program, Wants All to Be 'Good Landlords'
The City of Taylorsville wants all landlords to be good landlords so is moving away from its official Good Landlord Program (GLP). While the expectations for good landlords remain, the city will no longer issue GLP licenses after June 30, 2023 — with all rental business licenses cataloged (as one) in favor of the changes.
