The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Taylorsville (RDA) is a separate legal entity from the city that has the statutory ability to provide redevelopment services within Taylorsville. These redevelopment services include improving, rehabilitating and redeveloping blighted areas. Redevelopment Agencies and associated project areas represent a set of tools provided for under state law, Title 17C of the Utah Code, for the purpose of sustaining and improving communities.
