Committee Mission: Provide cultural activities and experiences for the residents of the City of Taylorsville and surrounding communities. Our goal as an arts council is to enrich the lives of the members in our community through exposure to the arts as well as giving them opportunities to participate in theatrical, musical and artistic productions and events.

The mission of the Public Safety Committee is to assist in keeping the residents of Taylorsville safe through:

  • The promotion of safe practices
  • Sponsoring and supporting Neighborhood Watch 
  • Educating and encouraging emergency preparedness through personal readiness 
  • Assisting TVPD with public outreach
