Transparent shapes, intersecting lines and fragments of the built environment evoke the ways memories overlap, fade and reappear, inviting viewers to reflect on the connections between place, identity and personal history."

Artist's bio: Linnie Brown is a Lehi, Utah-based abstract painter whose densely layered acrylic paintings combine architectural fragments from multiple locations to explore accumulated memories, identity and the built environment.
